Mesoporous Effects on SiC Fiber Matrix Combined with Active Metal Oxides for Atmospheric Gas Sensing under High Temperature Conditions

CO2 and O2 gas sensing tests were conducted on mesoporous WO3 (mWO3) β−SiC/In2O3/SnO2/mWO3 (SCISOW) quaternary sensor materials at room temperature under various high-temperature conditions. The results indicated that the incorporation of mWO3 effectively improved detection responses compared to our previous studies. electrochemical properties surface morphology nanocomposites analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDX), photoelectron (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, EIS, PL, Tafel, LSV methods. All quaternary-structured showed a good response different temperatures. Therefore, excellent electronic conductivity topography nanocomposite increased its ability changed usability nanocomposite. Gas SCISOW103 high resistivity with other mWO3. technical parameters change their values are directly related electrical material, material play critical role in adjusting sensitivity sensor. We believe SCISOW we propose offer new advanced for gas-sensing open up opportunities field research.
